On March 19, 2026, Prof. Chen Jin, Professor at Tsinghua SEM and Director of the Tsinghua Research Center for Technological Innovation, was invited to deliver a keynote report titled “Accelerating the Building of a Science and Technology Power” at the Beijing Institute of Technology. From both theoretical and practical perspectives, Prof. Chen systematically elaborated on the core essence, evaluation indicator system, and innovation pathways for building a science and technology power, encouraging scholars to root their research in China’s practice and seize opportunities presented by the paradigm shift in scientific research.
