Abstract: The bank card network is a complex system. Based on an analysis of its characteristics and continuous exploration, China UnionPay has constructed an integrated framework for bank card operations management. The practical implementation of integrated operations is achieved through three levels of effort: establishing a multi-center integrated operations system, developing a collaborative operations relationship between headquarters and branches, and forging deep-seated integrated operational partnerships with external collaborators. Within the establishment of the multi-center integrated operations system, a methodology of "pre-design, mid-process control, and post-analysis/optimization" was adopted, yielding significant results.
