The 4th International Academic Conference on
Chinese Management was held in Nanjing
The Fourth International Academic Conference on Chinese Management kicked off on September 17, 2019, in the Gulou District of Nanjing City! Zhang Guoyou, President of the China management Science Society and former Vice President of Peking University, and Li Yang, Academic Committee Director of the China management Science Society, Member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Chairman of the National Institution for Finance & Development, delivered opening remarks in succession! Approximately 400 executives from the top 500 global companies and renowned scholars from nearly 30 countries across the industrial and academic sectors attended the conference!
Danah Zohar, the founder of "Quantum Management" and a world-renowned management thinker, along with Guo Wanlin, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and President of the Nanjing Western Returned Scholars Association, and Xu Wenwei, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the China management Science Society, Huawei Board Member, and President of the Strategic Research Institute, delivered keynote speeches at the conference.Zhang Wei, Secretary-General of the Academic Committee of the China management Science Society, Deputy Director of the Think Tank Center of the Nanjing Western Returned Scholars Association, and Co-founder of Agile Think Tank, unveiled the "Innovation Value Evaluation System."
Twenty-five outstanding papers were presented as part of the achievement presentations. Editors-in-chief from three major CSSCI-indexed core journals — Science Research Management、Science & Technology Progress and Policy and Journal of Macro-quality Research — shared insights on academic paper writing and publication.
On the afternoon of September 18th, Zhang Xiaodong, the Vice President and Secretary-General of the China management Science Society, Executive Director of the Academic Committee, presented certificates to twelve winners of the paper awards. Professor Zhou Weiguo, Emeritus Professor at the National University of Singapore, delivered the closing remarks! The conference came to a successful conclusion amidst warm applause, with everyone looking forward to meeting again next year!
